Note: Commissions are calculated on the net invoice value (excluding GST/taxes). Payouts will be made within 30 days after We receives full payment from the client. No commission is payable on refunds, charge backs, or cancelled orders. Partners must represent Deskflow products honestly and professionally. Partners may not make unauthorized commitments on behalf of DeskFlow. Misuse of DeskFlow's name, branding, or misrepresentation of services may lead to termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Deskflow reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of fraud, non-compliance, or reputational harm.
